Ronnie’s Extra Chocolatey Orange Bundt Cake
1 Dark Chocolate or Fudge Cake mix
1 1/4c Whole Milk
4 Jumbo Farm Eggs
1 stick Unsalted Butter – softened
3TB Espresso Powder or instant coffee
3TB Black Cocoa
3-4TB Orange Bakery Emulsion
1 pkg of instant pudding
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Either spray with Pam or grease with soft butter the Bundt pan.
I sift the espresso powder, black cocoa thru a screen type strainer.
Then mix the dry ingredients in your mixer bowl.
Make a well in the center and add in the wet ingredients and butter.
Mix slowly at first til thoroughly blended.
Then beat on high for a few minutes til the batter is light and airy.
Pour into the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Drizzle with melted chocolate mixed with several tablespoons of milk or cream.
Sprinkle with what you have.

This is a light and fluffy cake that holds its shape well.
Orange Bakery Emulsion is not the same as Orange Extract
You could use regular cocoa but we like the dark black cocoa.
